  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You have initiated a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Returned with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery.

  • Items returned after the 3-day period.
